SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We dispatch all orders in 1-4 business days using Canada Post lettermail. Orders do not come with tracking in order to keep prices reasonable to you, the customer.

 

Here are the estimated shipping times:

WITHIN CANADA: 2-7 business days

USA: 6-12 business days

Note: the dispatch date is considered "day 0"!

 

The above ranges are only guidelines; once a package leaves our hands, we have very little control over the timing/schedule of the post office. There may be seasonal and/or supply chain delays that we cannot control so we ask for your patience and understanding if your order is taking longer than usual to arrive.

 

We currently only ship to Canada and the USA. For international orders, please visit our Etsy shop.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

To initiate a return or exchange:

 

Contact us within: 5 days of delivery

Ship items back within: 7 days of delivery

 

If you are not satisfied with the item / item arrived damaged:

 

Please contact us so that we can discuss whether you'd like a refund or a replacement item. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and if you wish to return the item you must ship it back to us at your expense.

Please note: because individual monitors vary in colour output, please allow for slight differences between what you see on your screen and the printed product you receive.


If your item has not arrived in time for a specific holiday:

 

Please note that although we try our best to give an accurate estimate of shipping times, there may be situations outside of our control that can cause shipping delays. You can proceed in 2 ways:


Option 1: Consider using the item for the same holiday next year


Option 2: Please mail the item back to us and let us know that you would like a refund. Once we receive the item we will issue a full refund minus any postage fees.
 

 

If an item is lost in the mail:

 

We deem an item lost in the mail if it hasn’t arrived after 4 weeks (20 business days from dispatch date). If it has been 4 weeks since you placed the order, please contact us and we will issue a full refund right away, minus any postage costs. Please note that it is the buyer’s responsibility to provide an accurate shipping address at time of purchase.

DISCOUNTS & CODES

Unless otherwise stated, multiple discount codes cannot be used on a single order.

Discounts cannot be applied retroactively to orders placed before stated sale dates, or orders that do not contain a discount code at checkout.

 

We are not able to cancel orders so customers can reapply coupon codes; please make sure you apply any codes before checking out to receive the discount.

PAYMENT

All orders must be paid upfront and will not be shipped without payment.

Accepted payment methods include all major credit/debit cards and Apple Pay.
